Introducing our first vintage from the Cortez area in Southwestern Colorado.  This region features a high desert climate with a cooler growing season and higher altitude vineyards than most of Colorado. Notes of grapefruit, slate, and lemongrass balance against a bright acidic backbone with subtle hints bittersweet apple and fennel.
