If you register for our newsletter or mailing list, we collect your name and Email address so that we can notify you of excited events at the winery. We recognize that many people feel they receive too much Email and we therefore we rarely send more than one Email each week.
If you order wine from us to be shipped to a state where we do not hold a shipping permit, we use Vinoshipper.com as our compliance partner. They will collect certain information including your name, birthday, shipping address, and credit card information as necessary to fulfil your shipping order.
Certain states require us to report either monthly, quarterly or annually about wine shipments to residents of their states. In those states we will supply the state with the required information which typically includes the purchase price, number of bottles shipped to you, the UPS tracking information for the package, and the shipping address so that the state can confirm we have accurately reproted and paid all taxes owed.
If you order wine to be shipped, we will share your shipping address, the size and weight of the package, and the fact that the package contains alcoholic beverages with UPS who is our authorized shipping partner. This information is required to ensure UPS assesses the correct shipping charge for each order and complies with state laws requiring them to check ID for recipients of packages containing alcohol to make sure the recipient is age 21 or older.
Other than as may be necessary for credit card processing or shipping of your orders, we do not share your personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will let you get off our email list. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe.
