Notes of pineapple and Meyer lemon with just a hint of banana, this is another great wine with your favorite cheese. Pairs beautifully with buttered scallops, grilled fish or a fresh plate of rockfish tacos. An easygoing wine that drinks a little bit closer to a Chardonnay than a Sauvignon Blanc.
Made from Chambourcin, a classic cold hardy hybrid, this rosé has a deep magenta color despite a short skin contact of 75 minutes. Flavors of cranberry and strawberry abound, along with a hint of pomegranate. Ample acidity makes this wine great for those hot days of summer, and makes it pair nicely with a wide variety of salads and appetizers.
Made from Aromella, a newer cold hardy hybrid developed in Geneva, New York, this is our second time producing this wine. A blend of Bonzek and Sauvage vineyards, this features a slight sweetness, with hints of honeysuckle and orange blossom on the nose. Flavors of peach, papaya, and grapefruit mingle on the palate.
This wine was sourced fully from Whitewater Hill Vineyard west of Palisade. Many members may recall the unoaked 2019 Chardonnay, which also came from this site, and also had a hint of salinity alongside plentiful notes of ripe fruit. Notes of pineapple, papaya, and Gala apple on the nose, with hints of lemon and honey on the palate. 2% residual sugar helps to make this a wine that can pair with a huge variety of foods, from spinach salad and blue cheese to Easter ham and even Chinese dishes.
A classic Central Coast California Chardonnay- notes of citrus and toasted nuts on the nose, leading to a fine balance of creamy texture but with sufficient freshness and acidity to pair well with foods. This is one style that pleases almost everyone!
