Considered to be "The Cabernet of Colorado," Cabernet Franc is the star grape of our Grand Valley AVA. This is our second vintage and perhaps even better than our first.  100% Horn Vineyard, grown by Kaibab Sauvage, aged in 2nd use French oak. Notes of cherry and red plum are accompanied by the savory and herbal tones that set this grape apart. Minor notes of cinnamon spice and rose petal fill in the gaps. These flavors and the medium body of this wine allow it pair nicely with a juicy Colorado Bison burger!
