Produced using the traditional Methode Champenoise. A lovely sparking rose wine produced from Pinot Noir sourced from Clements Hills, Lodi. Approachable and smooth with playful beading bubbles. Highly aromatic with lots of apple, lemon and honey.

Each individual grape optically sorted with only perfectly ripe berries making it into t his ultra Reserve wine. Agred 30 months in French oak. A rich Cabernet Sauvignon crafted by our founder whose previous Napa vineyard selection Cab was awarded Best Cabernet Sauvignon in the New World in the acclaimed Sunset Magazine Wine Competition. Crafted from 100% Horn Vineyard grapes, grown by acclaimed Grand Valley grower Kaibab Sauvage. Aged in French oak. Notes of cherry and red plum are accompanied by the savory and herbal tones that set this grape apart. Minor hints of cinnamon and rose petal also shine through. A medium bodied wine that pairs perfectly with a juicy Colorado Bison burger!
