A rich Cabernet Sauvignon crafted by our founder whose previous Napa vineyard selection Cab was awarded Best Cabernet Sauvignon in the New World in the acclaimed Sunset Magazine Wine Competition. A sweet, red classic port style wine crafted high atop the Rocky Mountains. Notes of dark chocolate, raspberry, blackberry and caramel. This wine pairs well with richly flavored cheeses, ice cream, desert cakes, or as a stand alone after dinner treat.
We are excited to introducing our first specially crafted Holiday Red Blend created with the assistance of award-winning Napa vinter Patrick Soboe. This rich and delicious blend combines Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot from the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. Notes of plum and cherry elegantly mix with hints of cocoa. Only 575 bottles produced.
Crafted from 100% Horn Vineyard grapes, grown by acclaimed Grand Valley grower Kaibab Sauvage. Aged in French oak. Notes of cherry and red plum are accompanied by the savory and herbal tones that set this grape apart. Minor hints of cinnamon and rose petal also shine through. A medium bodied wine that pairs perfectly with a juicy Colorado Bison burger!
