A blend of three different Palisade vineyards aged in French and American oak. This wine brings out many of the classic flavors of this King of all grapes. Notes of black cherry, currant, and plum balance against hints of thyme and mint, followed by lingering notes of clove and vanilla. A medium-bodied red. Ideally paired with a wide variety of dishes including chicken, pasta and pork tenderloin.
Simply put - our best Pinot Noir ever! Crafted from the acclaimed Vineyard 11 in Sonoma's Russian River Valley. Cool ocean fog drenches the vineyard allowing for an extended growing season for this delicate grape. Computer optical sorting ensured that every grape in this fine wine was perfect. A cold hardy Minnesota variety that was one of the only vines to produce fruit in Colorado during the 2021 vintage, which was largely decimated by the late October freeze of 2020. It comes flying out of the glass with notes of raspberry jam, figs, rose petals, plus a hint of cola. Ample acidity and lower tannins in the mouth make this a nice pairing for dishes ranging from roast chicken with spring fingerling potatoes to a fig and prosciutto pizza. 94% Verona, 5% Petite Sirah, 1% Petit Verdot, aged in 100% neutral French oak. Due to federal and state wine label regulations, customers in some states will who have us to ship their wine will receive this wine labelled as Vendetta rather than Verona.
Arguably the best-growing red grape in Palisade's terroir, our Petit Verdot is consistently one of our fastest selling red wines. This vintage showcases red fruit flavors of raspberry and bing cherry, complemented by herbal notes of rosemary and tarragon.
One of the favorite varieties grown by Kaibab Sauvage in Palisade, CO, this version is 93% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 1% Petit Verdot. Notes of blackberry, vanilla and woodsmoke on the nose, followed by moderate tannins and deep flavors of black fruit and baking spice integrated together by aging in 45% new oak. Try with a variety of grilled meats, as they might in the home of Malbec, Argentina.
A rich Old Vine Zinfandel chock-full of raspberry, vanilla, and cacao flavors. A frequent club favorite, this OVZ hails from the Lodi AVA where Zinfandel reins supreme. Intense temperature swings preserve acidity while also developing the ripe jammy fruit flavors of this iconic grape.
Crafted from 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine features hints of bing cherry, candied orange and vanilla, with a touch of raspberry, applewood and mint. Using premium grapes from the Riverside Vineyard on the eastern edge of Palisade, we aged this wine in French and American oak. 100% Colorado Proud!

Each individual grape optically sorted with only perfectly ripe berries making it into t his ultra Reserve wine. Agred 30 months in French oak. A rich Cabernet Sauvignon crafted by our founder whose previous Napa vineyard selection Cab was awarded Best Cabernet Sauvignon in the New World in the acclaimed Sunset Magazine Wine Competition.
