Arguably the best-growing red grape in Palisade's terroir, our Petit Verdot is a club favorite that showcases red fruit flavors of raspberry and big cherry complemented by herbal notes of rosemary and tarragon. Typically a dark, brooding variety, PV from the Grand Valley AVA tends to make a medium-bodied but hearty style. The cool 2019 vintage helped to retain more acidity in the wines, which makes it a nice red for a summer barbeque.
